1-Year Hardware Warranty Policy

All Jack In The Box Digital Displays come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware components, including the screen, internal electronics, and built-in speakers.
  • Manufacturing defects or failures that occur under normal operating conditions.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, vandalism, weather exposure, or improper installation.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, discoloration).
  • Software issues, content errors, or third-party accessories.
  • Damage caused after inspection and acceptance at delivery.

Warranty Service

If a hardware issue occurs within the 1-year period:

  1. Contact our support team with your proof of purchase and product serial number.
  2. Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, arrange for repair or replacement of the defective part or unit at no charge.
  3. Shipping or on-site service fees (if applicable) may apply outside the Greater Toronto Area.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective hardware. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
